- Yes we have engineers available 24 hours a day.

- What if one of your technicians fails to repair the computer?
- If our technician does not fix it during an on-site visit, the technician may
transport the PC back to HQ for a closer look if feasible.
If our technician does not fix the problem over the phone, the customer may opt
for an engineer visit or a call back from a senior technician.
In both cases there is no fee until the problem has been resolved.
- What if the PC breaks down again after the technician leaves?
- If the computer breaks down within the 5 working day warranty period,
we'll fix it again without additional charge.
