Any components sold with manufacturer's warranty will be 
passed on to the customer. 

1) your delivery policy
all good and services are delivered and installed within 3 
working days by a techfixer engineer unless otherwise agreed 
over the phone.

2) your refund, replacement and cancellation terms.
Techfixer operate on a no fix no fee policy, we also offer a 
5 working days warranty for our service, any faulty 
component will be replaced within 5 working days with no 
extra charge.
 
Prebooked appointments : All cancellations before the 
engineers visit are free of charge. Please give 24 hours 
notice.

3) Data loss disclaimer : 
We will try to recover any personal data from a problem P.C.
at the customer's request but Techfixer.co.uk is not liable
for any information loss in any circumstances.

4) Any export restrictions -
onsite services available within Northern Ireland, remote 
services available worldwide providing that the client has 
internet access and a valid switch, maestro or visa card.
